About the opportunity
When it comes to our construction projects, we don’t just look at what’s in front of us. We’re creating for what’s next. As a Resident Works Supervisor II on our Resident Site staff team in Hong Kong for the project – the contract GE2020/02 LPM (Package C) . You will oversee that all work completed by contractors and consultants is of the highest quality with safety being our highest priority. Based at a client site, you’ll have an opportunity to create requests for proposals, contracts, invoices and change orders while maintaining a fast pace project schedule.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Certificate from CIC/HKIC/IVE/TI/TC/Poly in Hong Kong or equivalent in Civil Engineering; or
- Completed a recognised technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
- Completed a recognised craft apprenticeship with at least two years’ experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; or
- At least 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; and
- At least 3 years' relevant post qualification experience; or
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience as Works Supervisor II in public works project or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
Conditions: Appointments will be made with Halcrow China Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
