About the opportunity  
 

When it comes to our construction projects, we don’t just look at what’s in front of us. We’re creating for what’s next. As a Resident Survey Officer (Quantity)- GE2020/02 on our Resident Site staff team in Hong Kong for the project – the contract GE2020/02 LPM (Package C) . You will oversee that all work completed by contractors and consultants is of the highest quality with safety being our highest priority. Based at a client site, you’ll have an opportunity to create requests for proposals, contracts, invoices and change orders while maintaining a fast pace project schedule.  

Here’s What You’ll Need:

(i) 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) at Grade E and Mathematics at Grade C, plus Certificate from technical institute in Quantity Surveying discipline with 3 years relevant post qualification experience; or

(ii) High Certificate from a technical college or Diploma from a technical institute or equivalent in Quantity Surveying discipline.

Conditions: Appointments will be made with Halcrow China Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
