Job Description


  • Drive the execution of the regional marketing plans for Health & Biosciences portfolio with emphasis on enzymes and probiotics in multiple sectors (including Food Processing, Brewing, Meat Production, Probiotics & Detergents and Personal Care).
  • In collaboration with regional and global marketing develop the annual execution marcom plans
  • Act as one of the driving forces to build integrated communications plans to help drive business objectives and to add value by defining, driving, collaborating and orchestrating an integrated collaborative plan with marketing, industry, sales teams and other functions as appropriate
  • Responsible for regional strategic and tactical marketing communication
  • Develop required elements of the communications mix (videos, collateral, e-publications, direct mails, advertising, PR et cetera) ensuring integrated execution across the different channels
  • Manage the calendar of regional exhibitions and events, and execute creatively within budget
  • Ensure the right brand positioning
  • Ensures that communication strategy is consistently executed across multiple channels (PR, Web / Online, internal, SEO, social media, SEM and E-mail marketing, influencer relations, et cetera.) with the support of Global Communication team experts
  • Ability to write Press Releases and digital communications to support the needs of the region
  • Collaborates and teams up with other communication disciplines, teams and experts to deliver cross-functional communications.
  • Support Regional internal communications to support and foster engagement on F&B strategy and regional success stories


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing or a related discipline
  • 7 years of related working experience; demonstrated skills in integrated communications – including event management & sponsorship, PR and digital communications
  • Result oriented with project management skills and ability to execute even in ambiguity
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Media experienced and ability to manage potential sensitive and crisis situations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex ideas into compelling story lines and messaging with creative execution. ensuring best-in- class story line and content development skills.
  • Able to travel between 30-50% within AP required
