What you will do?

The Regional HR Advisor provides support to HR Solutions Lead, SEA and HRVP, Services & Solutions, APAC in delivering value-added services of the HR function in SEA/APAC region to drive employee engagement, talent management, organization effectiveness and business growth. 

How you will do it?

  • Support SEA HR Leadership team in driving the delivery of the people strategy and agenda to enable the business growth aspiration in SEA.
  • Flexibly deployed to lead or active participate in country/region/global business/HR projects or programs from design through implementation including develop appropriate change management program/plan.
  • Develop and manage programs to drive employee engagement and high-performance culture in the SEA region
  • Support individual matters with high complexity and external reputation risks as required.  
  • Handle implementation of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring events.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to build the employer’s branding in SEA region to attract the right caliber of Talent for JCI.     
  • Partner with in country HR lead, HR Shared Services and COE to support the standardization and continuous process improvement effort - shares “need to know”information (Outside in) to improve HR performance and effectiveness.

What we look for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or posses HR professional certification with relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist related experience, with Organisation effectiveness/development and Talent Management exposure is preferred.
  • Someone who can work with ambiguity and agile to adapt to changing environment
  • Someone who can diagnose and analyses huge data to conceptualise the problem statements and collaborate/influence the relevant stakeholders for effective resolution.
  • Someone who has high level of achievement and positive energy to navigate challenges/roadblock to deliver any tasks assigned.
  • Someone who is resourceful in researching policies and best practices to resolve an HR issues/challenges.
  • Someone who is a team player and curiosity to learn new; and willingly share knowledge with others to enable high performance team.
