Job description:
Coordinate and supervise project execution and construction work to ensure completion on time, within budget and with highest quality
Review project plan and execute recovery plans wherever necessary
Coordinate testing and commissioning of the plant and ensure proper handover
Manage all contract documentation and schedule
Manage project cash flow
Prepare Bill of Materials/ Equipment list, budget and manpower plan
Arrange for procurement of materials as per technical specification
Coordinate with relevant parties to review designs and resolve areas of concern promptly
Create and update Project Quality Plan
Prepare regular reports including progress updates to management
Supervise and monitor site workforce requirements. Handle local permits with relevant Authorities.
