As part of the Digital Products team your role will relate to products/solutions that harness digital opportunities supporting various functional groups (Power, Water, Environment, Transport, Digital Solutions). This could either be delivering an existing service in a better way (automation) or creating a new offering (augmentation). With an abundance of opportunities, the challenge is understanding the business opportunity and scaling the best ideas fast.
As a product support analyst in the ANZ Products team, you will primarily contribute to digital value contribute to digital value via the creation of products for both internal and external clients.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
You’ll be equipped with the following: At least 2 – 5 years’ experience in software application support, ideally within the B2B, engineering and digital solution development domains. Willingness and flexibility to apply your talents in any way to assist the team as is grows. Experience working with range of stakeholders in the product development process. Experience of working in a corporate incubation environment would be desirable. Understanding in service management methodology (ITIL) including development and build.
You also need to have knowledge of SLA agreements and customer service requirements. Adept in managing product environments uptime from initial conception through feasibility testing, design, build, scale and into operations. Knowledge of Development Operations (DevOps) frameworks and tooling. Advanced client relationship management skills and communication. Knowledge of Agile/ lean start-up methodologies. Tertiary qualification in a related discipline. Your skills, experience and attitude will enable you to: independently, as well as collaboratively with other members of the Digital Products team. Effectively communicate with and support other team members and clients. Deliver responsibilities on-time, on-budget and to agreed quality. Demonstrate flexibility of responses to different situations. Take responsibility for your own actions. Follow up with customers to ensure problems are solved.
