This role will work with Project Managers during delivery to provide commercial advice on variations and forecasting. Providing advice in the context of managing and responding to various levels of risk with respect to delivery methods and technical services. Providing pro-active advice to the team to enhance commercial offerings, including resourcing profiles, various commercial settings and strategies. Adaptability and resilience in the face of change and adversity and stable performance under pressure. Excellent organizational skills and an ability to effectively manage competing demand. Works with teams at proposal stage to provide commercial parameters and terms for bids to clients. Works with stakeholders across the business to continuously improve business processes with excellent relationship management skills.
You need to proactively be identifying and highlighting risks and opportunities arising from analysis that will enhance commercial performance of proposals and, variations and projects during delivery. Ability to recognize the relevance of information from diverse sources and combine related into a coherent data set. Ability to analyze information, understanding the context and limitations of the data sources and skills in core corporate platforms.
You also need to have strong at providing clear communication of complex numerical information. Ability to work as part of a multi-cultural team, including recognizing and adapting communication for cultural differences. Strong written and verbal communication and well-developed critical thinking, analytical skills and communication of reasoned views and opinions based on analysis.

Preferably bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting or finance with overall experience of three years in Project Controls with good working knowledge of Jacobs Project Management tools such as IPCS & Pricing Tool.
