Job Description

Your Role and Responsibilities :

(a) covering selected Key Local SIs Malaysia that contribute about 70% of Total SW/HW Transaction revenue.. Partners include Mesiniaga and Heitech Padu. In view of the strategic nature and high revenue contribution of these partners, this person is responsible to conduct quarterly business planning with the Partners to ensure IBM Wallet share growth and loyalty. For strong working partnership , this person's role is also crucial to ensure that these Partners get tight collaboration and support from VADs and IBM Systems and Software team

(b) Supporting Brand (HW/SW) team for large, complex and cross brand transactions, especially government tenders with multiple bidders

(c) In addition, to the above, whenever there are opportunities with Global SIs (Accenture, TechM, etc) landing in Malaysia, this person is the channel lead and owner to work with the GSIs to drive the sales transactions and help the GSIs to bridge with IBM channel process and Brand team

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

  • Preferably with 8-10 of experience in IT channel sales
  • Experienced in managing SI partners
