Here's What You'll Need:

You’ll provide effective operations administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Operations and Section Leader teams whilst acting as a pivotal contact for key process or subject matter area. As someone who enjoys operating self guided you’ll find collaboration and teamwork effortless, sharing knowledge whilst coaching or mentoring others.  You’ll cover a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Organise and manage internal and external meetings and record and distribute meeting minutes where required.

  • Facilitating the use of Global Integrated Delivery shared services where possible, particularly in relation to Salesforce updates and document formatting, where this is not possible, providing direct support for these activities.

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of expenses, invoices, timesheets, project pending, labour corrections, travel, organization charts and workforce planning.

  • Support client delivery including tender documents, resumes, and other miscellaneous proposal work where necessary.

  • Assist with organising key events, including catering requirements.

  • Assist with HR queries, employee relocations and secondments.

  • Adopt a continuous improvement approach to ensure the establishment and maintenance of efficient and up-to-date administration systems and processes.
