Due to a recent internal promotion we are recruiting for a high calibre Strategic Account Manager within the Healthcare vertical.
You will be responsible for developing, leading and executing a strategic plan across the Healthcare vertical and strengthening our existing customer base.
This role will drive the sales process from initial contact through qualification, tender writing/proposal, quotation/pricing, submission, contract negotiation and sales bookings.
You will be responsible to work closely with Business Leaders and stakeholders to influence product development, product delivery and system design, such as Digital Solutions.
The right person for the role will have the ability to apply professional judgment based on the relevant data and information to support and develop a business case that will create and develop sales strategies in order to increase Johnson Controls business across the vertical. This will include:
- Digital Solutions
You will be responsible for communicating business results and strategy updates, to the Senior Leadership Team and working closely with APAC Leaders, to implement/adapt strategies within the Pacific region.

What we are looking for:
- A relevant tertiary qualification is required for this position, or experience to an equivalent level.
- Minimum of 5 years account management experience
- National Account experience within an operational/service industry is desirable
- Solid understanding of the Australian Healthcare vertical
- Experience in Salesforce, Altify, Service Max, Iscala, MAStermind and Pronto are desirable
