Your Job:
Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs
Run DOE to optimize process margins and determine process & ET specifications
Monitor OOC, maintain good CPK for ET and monitor inline SPC parameters
Identify and resolve process integration issues & ET related problems
Identify yield opportunities and set preliminary yield targets
Run prototype lots on new or derivative processes
Liaise with Customer Engineers/Field Engineers to resolve customers’ technical & yield concerns
Develop FMEA for Custom & Derivative processes
Document relevant information of new / derivative processes.
Support and Implement Process change requests
Able to chair technical taskforce and lead cross-functional team effectively
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
PhD/Masters/Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering or Science in Physics/Material Science or related field
Minimum 15 years in process integration is required
In-depth understanding of device physics and process integration
Demonstrated ability to lead technical focus team to work on challenges during process development, ramp-up and production stages to get them resolved for better process robustness and stability
Good interpersonal and effective communication skills
Good presentation skills with strong problem solving skills
