Introduction

Logic Design Engineer is working on the logic design of synthesizable IP, SoC for GLOBALFOUNDRIES internal requirements or design service requirements from GLOBALFOUNDRIES’s worldwide clients. By employing the industry leading tools, state of the art methodology, and innovative GLOBALFOUNDRIES technologies, you will be participating in the front-end logic design tasks, including architecture, RTL design, synthesize, simulation and documentation.

Your Job

  • In-house Logic IP design with focus on memory BIST

  • Analyze design requirement and define design architecture

  • RTL development and debugging

  • Syntax / CDC / Formal check to ensure the quality of RTL deliverable

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in EE/CS or related fields.

  • 5 years work experiences of RTL design or above.

  • Fluent in both written and verbal English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with RTL simulation tools.

  • Familiar with Lint / Synthesize / CDC / Formal EDA tools and script.

  • Familiar with SDC and UPF files.

  • Good skills in design debugging.
