Job Description

This role works with Cisco’s partners to lead, direct, collaborate and improve the on-time renewal rate (OTRR) of recurring revenue and growth of annualized recurring revenue (ARR) across all segments globally utilizing a consistent strategy aligned with the Renewals regions and Renewals Specialists team.  In addition to sales planning, this role will utilize metrics and partner feedback to improve the effectiveness of our Partner/Distribution management while expanding market access, driving growth and improving margins.

 

•Collaborates with Renewals Regions, Renewals Specialists Lead, CX Theaters, Sales and the Global Partner Organization to provide input and establish an innovative strategy for working with Cisco’s partners and distributors globally
•Champions Cisco’s Renewals strategies (Icebreaker, etc) that further a partner’s ability to increase on-time renewal rates and growth of annualized recurring revenue
•Set Strategy for WW Partner Organization on how partners can build best in class renewal practices, metrics, enablement and execution.
•Drive tight engagement and accountability with regards to the role of Cisco partners in the renewals motion
•Influence strategy and implementation of new Partner policies, incentives and operational processes required to minimize attrition.
•Reviews the existing Channel Partner network and determines its effectiveness, recommending and assisting with implementation of any changes required
•Establishes productive, professional relationships with key partner personnel with a focus on improving market access and driving growth
•Leads the establishment of improved or more effective work processes to drive clearer accountability, communication and the measurement of progress against agreed targets. Oversees all elements of price support and other commercial guidelines
•Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
•Proactively leads a joint planning process with the Global Partner Organization that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationships
•Manages potential channel conflict with partners by establishing clear guidelines in support of increasing on-time renewal rates and growth of annualized recurring revenue
•Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements and the new Global Renewal Policy
