- Supports DuPont Korea Employees and Korea HR on HR-related concerns
- Answer calls and e-mails in Korean or English (depending on the requestor) of HR-related concerns
- Maintenance of Employee Life Cycle Data (Employee Data from Hire to Retire and in between) in the Workday System and other HR systems
- Process Help Tickets from Korea Employees through the Salesforce System (SFDC)
- Conduct data quality review of Help Tickets and Workday Data
- Participate in HR OPEX Monthly Business Reviews, quarterly Townhalls and other department/company activities
- Participate in project initiatives
Job Qualifications
- Must be a College Graduate (diploma, certificate, associate or bachelor’s degree in any field)
- Good reading, spoken and written proficiency of Korean and English is a must
- TOPIK 2 (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Level 5-6 Certification is preferred
- Background in BPO or Shared Services Industry is preferred but not required
- Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, Team Player, Problem Solver
- Good communication skills
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
- Customer service-oriented and well-organized
