Here's What You'll Need:

You’ll provide effective administrative support whilst acting as a pivotal contact for key process or subject matter area. You’ll cover a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Schedule meetings APAC and global meetings

  • Attendance and minute taking at certain meetings

  • Collation of management of data/information

  • Preparation of presentations

  • Travel bookings

  • Other admin works
