Role Overview:
As a Director, Portfolio Management, you will lead large and complex project teams and/or programs and will be accountable for the overall management, planning, and delivery of assigned projects/programs. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the services sand corresponding customer satisfaction. As a director, you will assess potential partners, the business needs of existing assets, deployment of assigned programs to the field, and optimize individual and team contributions to accomplish overall business objectives. Additionally, you will be directly involved in channel development and key sales pursuits and may serve as a Career Manager or provide technical expertise and mentorship to colleagues.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Day to day you will:
Actively participate in key sales pursuits
engage customers in meaningful dialogue about their business to mutually explore opportunities
Actively participate in Solution Area channel development
Oversee and lead development, implementation and maintenance of the Project Work Plan
Approve estimates and estimating assumptions for the project's schedule, effort, and cost
Coordinate service levels and agreements and prioritize resources across projects and programs
Lead the delivery of the contracted solution on the program level at the agreed upon terms, cost (ODE), schedule, and quality level and is responsible for overall project approval.
Provide project leadership to appropriate onshore, offshore and near shore workforces
Manage overall project/program risks, making adjustments as necessary and obtaining buy-in from senior management.
Ensure understanding of stakeholder goals and expectations, address any misalignment, and monitor and control the program to meet/exceed the agreed expectations
Manage delivery portfolio
Have ultimate accountability for the overall development and integration of requirements
Provide oversight to management of relationships with all suppliers and subcontractors and own key relationships
Adhere to Solution Area and Americas Managed Delivery guidelines and processes.
Be accountable for compliance with corporate standards (legal, commercial, methodology, etc) throughout the delivery process
Represent the project team at client meetings. Obtain buy-in from senior management for all critical project plans, commitments, and changes-Provide strategic direction to all change management and change enablement processes throughout project duration

Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:
Technical skills and knowledge include:
Experience in large transformation program with 100+ resources
Strong program planning experience in multiple streams running over multi-years
Scope planning & management, organizing squads, reviews, and reporting
Conversant with Agile metrics and report program health
Risks & Issue management – strong leader who can drive risks mitigation, resolve issues
Strong relationship skills with customer
Industry experience in public sector, financials sector
Experience in successfully managing multiple large, ongoing, high risk, high revenue interrelated projects to achieve a specific set of customer business goals.
Track record of successful sales activities involving large, strategic projects
Track record of establishing and maintaining successful relationships with C-suite level customers. Able to articulate value delivered in a manner that drives and influences customer commitment and future partnership
Advanced level understanding of financial management practices as relate to projects and programs-Significant experience managing risk effectively
Deep understanding and application of various delivery methodologies
