Job Description
DESCRIPTION
The role plays two major functions:
1. Office Administrator
• Perform general office administrative tasks, including but not limited to office housekeeping and inventory management, desk allocation, office safety maintenance, environment hygiene coordination, contract management and renewal
• Provide support to recruitment, interview coordination and new hire onboarding process
• Assist on premises access management for internal staff, new hires and visitors
• Coordinate with vendors and internal procurement teams to support office purchasing and delivery arrangement
• Support Management team on event planning, e.g., Townhall, Christmas Party and team building events
• Own office coordination in expansion project and relocation initiatives
2. English Instructor
• Play an English instructor role to evaluate and monitor English competence of teams and provide recommendations to improve
• Provide feedback and coaching sessions for improving staff speaking and writing skills in English
• Develop a teaching resources and support materials
• Audit, review and bar raise quality of documents content in English
The ideal candidate must have a get-go attitude, detail oriented, highly organized planner, self-motivated to build effectively and efficiently working relationship while maintaining flexibility.

Hong Kong, HKG
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in office management
• Native or near native fluency in English, including excellent written skills
• Ability to provide language coaching and training in English
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Cantonese
• Positive, proactive, very detail oriented and driven to succeed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience identifying problems and building scalable processes to fix them
• Consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
• Experience in Translation and/or Proofreading
