About the role
As a D365 Finance / Supply Chain Functional Consultant, you utilize your in-depth Business Analysis skills and industry knowledge to design Dynamics 365 Finance / Supply Chain based solutions to solve complex business problems.You will be primarily focused on leveraging your experience to design and implement Dynamics 365 Finance / Supply Chain solutions on complex projects in medium to large enterprises.
As a Functional consultant you have worked on Dynamics 365 implementation and have good knowledge of the implementation cycle and their requirements. This person will be a strong, confident communicator and good coordinator while handling different stakeholders.
You are also seen as an expert within the Dynamics 365 community, and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events.
In this role, you’ll:
Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements
Prototype and configure processes in Dynamics 365 FIN / SCM to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to
Run workshops with your clients, consultants and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping
Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients’ businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements
Documents settings and prepare your clients to use the system
Support testing the proposed system and train users
Travel, as needed, in Malaysia or others country.
You have a passion for learning teamed with good business sense and time management, and you know how to manage your clients’ expectations effectively.
Ideally, your experience includes:
The candidate should have 3 to 8+ years of Dynamics 365/AX functional experience in Finance / Supply Chain with wholesaler or manufacturer
Excellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skills
Should have a positive and can-do approach
Experience working in a collaborative environment
Ability to wear multiple hats on a project ranging from Business Analysis, Design, Testing and Training.
Experience working with global/offshore teams on implementation and maintenance projects.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Experience managing/leading teams.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Certified in Finance / Supply Chain
