Manage import and export customs clearance.

Administer compliance and quality process. For instance, evaluate performance against goals and develop process improvements in order to increase quality levels.

Review customs' memorandums and notices to stay informed on regulation/industry changes.

Respond to information requests and notices of action from customs in a timely manner.

Establish and maintain existing client relationships by delivering quality service. Understanding the needs of the customers and providing resolution promptly.

Conduct quarterly business reviews and meetings with customers to maintain a leading business edge.

Assess accuracy and review reports in order to ensure that all is in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with a minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in brokerage and clearance area. Prior experience and knowledge in the logistics industry will be advantageous.

Customs Brokerage License is required.

Highly motivated, excellent team player and has the ability to lead (providing professional guidance to junior employees using various tools and knowledge, etc.).

Has the practical knowledge on accessing authorized databases to extract information.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively build relationships with people across all levels. A strong command of English (both verbal and written) is preferred.
