  • Process orders into management system
  • Process invoices and credit notes as need
  • Managing customer calls and inquiries
  • Ensure customer information is accurately maintained in the ERP system
  • Manage end to end order fulfilment process
  • Process free of charge commercial package samples as needed
  • Respond to customer complaints
  • Actively support Supply Chain Organization objectives and strategies
  • Analyze customer data utilizing reports and systems
  • Maintain department ISO procedures
  • Familiarity with impact of forecast on APO
  • Drive continuous process improvement in the CR team and Supply Chain


  • Bachelor degree with 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B environment
  • Ability to speak, read and write Korean fluently as this position will be supporting the Korean market
  • Knowledge of delivery and payment terms; financial basics
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics and shipping
  • Knowledge in ERP System
  • Knowledge of global order management process
