Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. We’re looking for an exceptional communications professional to lead the internal and executive communications strategy for Asia Pacific and Japan. Working closely with the ODP Leadership team to understand their business priorities, build effective audience engagement strategies, and execute specific communications projects across a variety of mediums. Communications approaches should be innovative in order to build ongoing engagement driving collaboration and interaction. 



• Develop and drive execution of a communications strategy to support the transformation of the organisation and the growth of the ODP business 

• Work closely with the Vice President, Oracle Digital Prime Technology, JAPAC to develop an executive program for them 

• Develop strategies to increase employee engagement in this key transitional phase 

• Work closely with various members across the organisation to understand and translate key business priorities 

• Ensure communications strategy is fully aligned with business goals 

• Select effective tools, mediums, and technologies for message delivery 

• Act as program manager for all communications initiatives 

• Ensure quality and timely delivery of initiatives Requirements: 

• 10 years’ experience in communications (PR, Internal communications, Executive Communications) 

• Executive communications experience essential 

• Experience with a variety of communications techniques across different media 

• Enterprise software and technology experience highly desired 

• Experience in operating in a highly complex and matrixed environment
