As our CRM Solutions Sales Offering Lead, your deep expertise and knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM will help shape the success across our Regional Digital Sales and Service portfolio where you will have an opportunity to manage the full-spectrum, cross-offering solutions delivery for clients.

You’ll naturally build and foster relationships with your peers from both Regional and Area Solution Streams, aligning on the best approach to truly deliver some impeccable CRM solutions with the right talent and capability from across Avanade, as well as our alliance partners Accenture and Microsoft.You will also work collaboratively with Talent Community Leads and Resource Management to decipher key capabilities required, whilst maximising utilisation across the workforce in the aligned talent community.

In addition to your relationship manager expertise, your successful streak in pre-sales, notably your success in closing deals and delivering great solutions that span multiple technologies and offerings (approx. value exceeding $1 million) will be looked upon favourably.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Day-to-day you will:

  • Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test)

  • Leverage technical expertise to Architect Design and Solution CRM solutions. You will also be required to be hands-on with Dynamics 365.

  • Liaise effectively between clients, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery

  • Assess Client requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Design Conceptual and Technical architecture

  • Ensure project quality meets high technical standards

  • Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery

  • Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues in your Region

  • Manage budget against assigned Area/Region metrics; provide forecasting and sales pipeline analysis to support processes

  • Effectively position offering and cross-offering offerings within the Regional sales channel

  • Develop strong, effective relationships with Accenture at the offering level 

  • Partner with the global Center of Excellence (CoE) on offering and asset development

  • Act as main point of contact with local partners, primarily Accenture and Microsoft, to review pipeline, educate on our offerings, and ensure Azure is considered as part of proposed solutions with clients

You’re adept at communications, especially with influencing and negotiation capabilities that help you establish and grow solutions with key clients. Internally, you enjoy advising leadership teams in the development, production, and promotion of solution offerings to grow a technology services line of business. 

Your capability consists of:

  • Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE

  • Architecting large complex solutions using the Microsoft Stack

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse

  • Experience in implementing Field Services and / or Project Services Automation. In-dept knowledge of Resource Scheduling solutions

  • Good understanding of Augmented Reality solutions, Azure Cognitive Services, RPA and Integration with Dynamics 365 CE

  • Experience in Configuration and Customisation of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), and Web API

  • DevOps with Dynamics 365 CE for requirements management and ALM (CI/CD)

  • Familiar with the core Microsoft offerings and an understanding of Digital Marketing Solutions e.g. Episerver, Sitecore and Adobe

  • Strong consulting / project-based background, including assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects.

  • Pre-Sales experience especially with right-fit solutioning based on high level or ambiguous requirements and a good understanding of pricing strategies

  • Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including significant experience with off-shore teams and delivery

  • Proposal Writing, Product Demonstration and Presentations
