Your Role and Responsibilities

• Perform Credit risk assessment of held orders
• Review credit limit requests
• Prepare Credit recommendations for approvers
• Follow-up payments from customers with past due accounts
• Work with stakeholders in minimizing credit risks
• Participate in client meetings to understand the risk thresholds of different Business Units
• Create and update Desktop Procedures (DTP) or Work Instructions

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Working knowledge of different credit analysis criteria
• Working knowledge of debt collection
• Good communications skills (both in written and in verbal)
• Highly organized, analytical and has an eye for details
• Highly motivated and proactive and with unquestionable integrity
• Willing to do calls (inbound and outbound)
• has experience in credit management (credit review, order release)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Preferably at least 3 -5 years of experience in Credit risk assessment or credit scoring (manual or automated) in the US market
• Knowledge of GETPAID or SAP is an advantage
• Work experience of in a BPO or similar fast-paced setting
• Experience in using Credit Bureau databases
