About the role
We are growing our Service Sales Team. We are looking for a Country Inside Sales Leader to be a customer champion. You will be responsible for leading a team in driving and generating sales opportunities. This will suit you if you are an entrepreneur at heart and enjoy the challenge of expanding new territory and executing a land-and-expand strategy.
The role will involve:
- Building a solid inside sales team to drive lead generation and management.
- Ensuring sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads.
- Perform inbound lead generation and evaluation.
- Lead a team of 6
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM system
- Establish and manage demand generation procedures and operations prepare or launch campaigns for lead generation
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field
- Have experience working in HVAC/ BMS field.
- 3+ years in related position or organization.
- Experience with leading a team.
- Organizational leadership skills.
- Excellent Communication skills
