Job Description

  • Support most aspects of financial reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reporting (for balance sheet, CAPEX and cash flow) to meet monthly, quarterly and annual global deadlines for month end closing while maintaining the compliance to accounting policies
  • Work together with Market FC and Country Finance to prepare annual budget (for CAPEX and cashflow) that drive next financial year performance
  • Assist the monthly forecast and variance analysis (for balance sheet, CAPEX and cashflow)
  • Assist in the preparation of GST/VAT returns
  • Assist in the preparation of management fee recharge
  • Provide support to controllers in completion external statutory audit within deadlines
  • Participate the process standardisation and optimisation of reporting opportunities and deliver ways to simplify the analysis and reporting processes in order to create informative, value-adding outputs
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests in a timely and professional manner


  • Experience of working in Financial Accounting/Audit (>3 years)
  • Strong university degree qualification and CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA qualification would be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and is highly logical and numerate
  • Business Partnering skills with proven record of working effectively with stakeholders remotely.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and applications; Oracle, Hyperion, reporting tools and Microsoft Excel will be added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders remotely
  • A continuous improvement mind-set and experience in process improvement will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands
