We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Lead to join our LNG terminal project in the Philippines. The Commissioning Lead is a member of the Jacobs Owner’s Representative (OR) Site team of 20 staff supported by Jacobs Engineering, focused on providing high standards of HSE, high quality design, engineering knowledge & expertise and quality execution of the work on Site. The Commissioning Lead will be supported by all members of the Jacobs Project Team; HSE professionals, discipline engineers, administrative staff and management alike.
The Commissioning Lead will work together with Contractor’s Commissioning Manager, Contractor’s Lead Engineers and all of Contractor’s staff involved in the Commissioning works and will assure that the commissioned Works comply in all respect with the Contact, the design and all specifications thereof. As safety is everybody’s responsibility, the Commissioning Lead is responsible that all works will be executed to the IFC Work Method Statements, and the OR reviewed and approved Job Safety and Environmental Analysis’ (JSEA). He/She will review, comment on, and contribute to commissioning test programs, start-up processes and documentation, including the establishment of a reliable and feasible punch list, technical support to sites during commissioning phase and interface with representatives on project team, Construction, Engineering, package vendors, Automation, Quality and operators.
Here's What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Well experience in commissioning projects
Previous experience working for a Consultant on an Owners Engineer project will be a distinct advantage.
Strong managerial and leadership skills.
Broad technical knowledge and hands on approach
Fluent in both written/verbal English communication skills (Open to foreign nationals)
Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Excel, Work & Power Point. Knowledge in Microsoft Project will be an added advantage
