Your Role and Responsibilities
We are hiring a senior financial management consultant to help clients improve their financial management level, provide consulting solutions, and create value for clients. Such as financial digital transformation, business analysis, management accounting, budget forecasting, performance appraisal, financial reporting, financial accounting, investment management, project finance and so on. Be able to stay abreast of the latest trends in financial management and build financial management solutions. Maintain relationships with core customers and assist in developing new customers.

  • Global Business Services – Business Sales Representative needs to take the deal through closure. They are not Global Markets in that; they don’t flip the opportunities over to another person once they identify it, our Global Business Services – Business Sales Representatives have to take it through closure. They have to be the proposal manager with help from Sales Transaction Support bid manager, develop SOW (through of Service Lines), pricing (with help of pricer from Sales Transaction Support) and handle DB2/DB3, through getting the SOW signed.

  • Primary Measurement: Contracts Signing performance; Business development metric such as pipeline of well qualified business.

  • They are responsible for the ongoing qualification of these opportunities and recommend whether to engage, disqualify, or refer opportunities to other IBM groups.

  • They are knowledgeable in the trends and direction of the Financial Services Sector, the marketplace, and the players.

  • They develop executive and senior management relationships in the Financial Services Sector.

  • Skilled in consultative selling, with a deep understanding of the client’s industry, business needs and related IBM capabilities.

  • The overarching responsibility for the Banking Sector account partner is to delivery project excellence end to end for the account and grow revenue and increase market share across all parts of Banking Sector with a focus on driving the Digital and Cloud Agenda.

  • Builds relationships with senior client executives, earning a reputation as one of the client’s trusted business advisors.

  • Understands and navigates IBM to identify, acquire and coordinate a team of critical resources needed to address client needs.

  • Develops and executes a relationship plan to address both IT and Line-of-Business

  • Integrates IBM in front of the customer providing one face, one IBM strategy for the client.

  • Understands IBM business and strategies and how these translate into solutions which address client needs.

  • Deep understanding in the Philippines Banking Sector, including industry trends, industry business processes, industry financial measurements and performance indicators, and key client competitors in their industry. Leads the development of the overall account plan and has primary responsibility for identifying and prioritizing opportunities and developing client-valued solutions involving multiple brands and elements.

  • Possess strong industry knowledge in Philippines Banking Sector and bring industry based thought leadership to clients

  • Collaborate with IBM’s Banking Sector thought leaders, executive and specialists to bring strong, provocative value propositions to key clients

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

– More than 10 years of working experience, including more than 8 years of financial management consulting experience, master one or more financial management fields.
–Have a deep understanding of the nature of business problems in the Financial Services Sector, and the products and solutions that provide new value in solving those problems
Relationship Management:Employees in this Go-to-Market specialty are responsible for the identification, development, and assessment of Financial Services Sector opportunities for potential engagement.
– Extensive experience in Account Management in the Banking Industry and Consulting Background for the likes of API and Microservices software.
– Able to communicate with industry executives, with strong business communication and presentation skills
– Understand the Philippines Banking Sector and what issues/challenges are facing Banking Sector providers
– Ability to build executive relationships with C-Suite and executives across client organizations
