Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Review and record daily transactions
- Perform daily reconciliation and posting of transactions for DBS Accounts
- Perform monthly reconciliation and posting of transactions for other Banks’ Accounts
- Update, record and posting of asset injections
- Update distribution, record and posting of capital/income distribution
- Update and post expenses
- Review daily instructions and ensure posting done
- Post ad-hoc and yearly billing of trustee fee
- Monitor and report on status of collection of trustee fee
- Prepare yearly financial statements
- Prepare yearly tax returns
- Assist in yearly MAS reporting
- Assist in yearly FATCA and CRS reporting
- Assist Section Head in any projects/tasks
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in Accountancy
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting. Compliance or audit experience is an advantage
- Knowledge on Private Trust Products is an advantage
- Accurate and able to work in fast paced environment
- Meticulous and has an eye for details
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
