Visualization and business analytic research to identify insights to support Aon’s growth strategy across its largest client segment
Perform descriptive analytics and build compelling predictive and prescriptive models.
Aggregate, combine, normalize and cleanse data from a variety of public and proprietary data sources
Document and interact with the stakeholders to confirm the intended benefits
Interact and engage with data and analytics colleagues in different locations to ensure alignment with broader analytics roadmap


  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields Finance, Statistics, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or related field)
  • 3 to 5+ years relevant experience
  • Able to identify key attributes or issues from large data sets to distil actionable insights from them
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and organize work with attention to detail in a deadline oriented environment with autonomy and organization
  • Analytical, problem-solving, critical and innovative thinking skills
  • Strong project management, follow-up, documentation, and meeting management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Data Visualization tools would be an advantage
  • Track-record of independent learning and technical problem-solving
  • Interested in the insurance industry, its challenges and evolutions
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience in design thinking or related facilitation experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
