Job Description

The ERP Business Transformation Leader will lead APAC business core team and matrixed business teams across the organization. This role is responsible for developing communication, process standardization, organization change strategy & execution, as well as driving Business Value realization for APAC.

This critical ERP Business Transformation role is dedicated to driving compelling communications and cultural change. Partnering with Enterprise Business Global Process Owners and senior leaders in the APAC organization, this role is responsible for championing standardization and adoption of the Oracle Fusion foundation template. Beginning with business process definition and alignment across APAC HVAC, Fire, & Security domains, regions and functions to complete the build of the Oracle Fusion Foundation, pilots and overall roadmap. This role encompasses developing the subsequent deployment roadmaps aligned to the APAC business strategies.  

Role and Responsibilities: 

Communication:

  • Development and Execution of the Business Communication strategy across all stakeholder groups.
  • Represent business domain, regional and functional requirements in the ERP Transformation Program
  • Governance of Artifacts - Makes sure the process is documented, and documentation is used and updated regularly.
  • Act as the Change Champion and drive change introduced by the ERP Program through to all levels in the organization.

 

Organizational Change:

  • Development and Execution of the Business Organizational strategy across all stakeholder groups.
  • Act as the Change Champion and drive change introduced by the ERP Program through to all levels in the organization.
  • Define and sponsor business process change and capability investments, which continuously increase the maturity of the process and sustain each level of maturity.
  • Development and Governance of Training strategy and execution - Make sure that process operators have the training and resources to do their jobs well.
  • Synchronize process improvement plans with specific business process owners within the value chain and other interfacing processes

 

Process:

  • This role owns Enteprise integrated process in terms insuring localization is minimized
  • Represent business domain, regional and functional requirements in the ERP Transformation Program
  • Manage process governance and define the level of process standardization for ERP functions, including (but not limited to) Order To Cash, Project to Close, Plan To Deliver, Procure To Pay, Record To Report and Master Data
  • Define end to end business process maps for all business domains, regions and functions and create a common ERP business process template
  • Map existing business processes into the new ERP capabilities and identify gaps
  • Implement new business processes and ensure successful adoption by the end-users
  • Define the process mission, vision, tactics, goals, objectives, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and the measures that are aligned with the organization strategies.
  • Monitor and report process performance against KPIs and health versus plans.
  • Synchronize process improvement plans with specific business process owners within the value chain and other interfacing processes.
  • Ensure consistent, high quality, and appropriately detailed process designs, including the correct business requirements.

 

Deployment:

  • This role owns APAC deployment strategy, schedule and approach
  • Provides consultation to business partners, IT leadership, application owners and peer groups regarding long and short-range deployment alternatives to meet business objectives.
  • Define the benefits that will realize the strategic objectives of the program. Develop the benefit realization plan. 
  • Manage “business continuity” during the change by preparing the affected business areas for transition to the new way of working.
  • Accountable for the data migration approach and integration planning and execution
  • Represent business domain, regional and functional requirements in the ERP Transformation Program
  • Define the process mission, vision, tactics, goals, objectives, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and the measures that are aligned with the organization strategies.
  • Monitor and report process performance against KPIs and health versus plans.
  • Synchronize process improvement plans with specific business process owners within the value chain and other interfacing processes.

 

Qualifications 

A successful candidate will possess the following skills and behaviors:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to scale information and convey with a succinct, focused communication style.
  • Practiced capacity to manage complex projects with multiple partners navigating conflict and developing consensus
  • Sophisticated organizational change and cultural change management experience
  • 10+ years of experience in various roles such as Installation, Services, Manufacturing, Functions (ex: finance) and scheduling including leadership or management responsibilities
  • Well versed with general policies, procedures and standards for installation, services, order to cash and/or financial management
  • Experience leading and participating in project teams in a matrixed environment. 
  • Global professional experience with awareness of legal / regional requirements in Americas,  European, Middle East and Africa and Asia Pac countries
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally if required
  • Strong ERP experience. Oracle experience is a plus
  • Experienced in Business case development and value realization
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma
