Job Description
Key Responsiblities:
- Administer & support general administration which include but not limited to, employees’ welfare management, site hygiene management, cleaning management, company vehicle management, general office facilities
- Maintain phone directory for the site & mobile phone purchase records
- Execute complete purchase requisition (PR) process for general administration
- Support HR in performing service receiving in SAP system
- Coordinate for any gift employees’ personal event in accordance to policy
- Coordinate local authority permit renewal
- Coordinate typhoid injection for employees
- Work closely with Head of Department / Head of Section to establish & maintain Training Needs Analysis (TNA) on yearly basis
- Coordination for planned training either in-house or external
- On-time application & reimbursement of Human Resource Training Fund (HRDF).
- Maintain & upkeep training records for all employees
- Support non-Malaysian employees’ in application for work permit / visa
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Admin and Training
- Computer literacy – Excel, Word, SAP, Lotus Notes etc
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English, including proficiency in telephone communication.
- Ability to deal with all department head, employees, trainer effectively and co-ordinate activities to achieve deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to overcome the adhoc training requirement situation.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.vvvv
