Job Responsibilities:
Technical
- Lead & monitor in trouble-shooting on customer’s process
- Lead & monitor in project development for key customers
- Propose to customer on process, cost and quality continuous improvement plan
- Give presentation to customers on failure report findings & propose solution
- Make product presentation, application, training & support after sales
- Responsible for key customers & channel management & relationship building.
- Manage sales policies to ensure compliance.
- Accountable for sales budget plan
- Manage customer forecast, collect and report information on competitive products / market trend and analyze / customer's needs and market requirement accordingly
- Coordinate with others regional sales, marketing and technical personnel if required
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
- 3 years of Technical Sales experience in Semiconductor or related plating industry
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and also in team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, people management, negotiation and communication skills
- Able to travel up to 50% of working time
